Staff Were Lovely

The customer service at the counter was exceptional. The staff took additional steps to look into my warranty to try and have my repairs covered. They also took the time to give lots of recommendations for future a car purchase. The system on car drop off for repairs was frustrating as I had to wait 30 min just to drop off my car. It also took almost two months to get an appointment. You cannot fault them for being busy however and the staff were lovely even though they were very busy.
