The 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid comes in three stunning trim levels: EX, EX-L, and Touring. The powertrain of this hybrid includes a 2.0-liter DOHC i-VTEC® Atkinson-cycle 4-cylinder engine with an electric motor and e-CVT transmission. It generates a total horsepower of 212 hp and delivers ultra-responsive acceleration while maintaining excellent efficiency. The EPA estimate mpg ratings are 38 mpg combined and 40 / 35 for city/highway. With its highest speed, the CR-V Hybrid can move from 0 to 60 mph in a respectable 7.5 seconds.

The CR-V Hybrid operates exclusively on the engine or the electric motor via three drive modes - ECON, Sport, and EV. The ECON mode improves fuel economy, while the Sport mode gives a thrilling performance, and the EV mode operates exclusively on the electric motor under certain circumstances.

Regarding infotainment, the 2022 CR-V Hybrid features a 7.0-inch High-Resolution Electrostatic touchscreen infotainment display with customizable feature settings.
