There should be tiny crevices on the side of your flat tire where you can fix the jack and slowly raise the car. Then use the wrench to loosen the nuts and pull the tire to loosen it from its hinge. Once the tire is free, replace it with the spare tire and tighten the nuts using the wrench. Lower the jack, and once the car is back on the level ground, your flat tire has been fixed, and you did it all by yourself!
