Under the hood, the Ridgeline is powered by a 3.5-litre, Direct Injection i-VTEC® V6 engine, paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission, generating 280 hp and 262 pound-feet of torque. In addition, its Variable Cylinder Management® (VCM®) technology allows the engine to adjust the number of active cylinders based on driving conditions, improving fuel economy. For those who enjoy greater control over their gear changes, the steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters allow for quick, responsive manual shifting when desired.   

With combined fuel consumption rates of up to 11.5L/100 km, the Ridgeline provides a fuel-efficient drive.
